Goals:
The client wanted their penthouse to be a statement of luxury and sophistication, suitable for entertaining guests while offering personal comfort. Key goals included high-end finishes, smart home technology, and a cohesive, opulent design.
Challenges:
Sourcing premium materials within a tight timeline and coordinating with multiple vendors to meet the client’s expectations were significant challenges. Additionally, the space required customization to fit unique furniture and art pieces.
Process:
We collaborated with luxury vendors to source bespoke furniture, lighting, and materials. Smart home systems were integrated to control lighting, temperature, and entertainment. The design featured marble accents, custom chandeliers, and tailored drapery.
